Where can I get AI training for my business in Oxfordshire?
The Oxford AI School provides AI training for businesses across Oxfordshire from its base at East End, Witney, OX29 6PX. Sessions are delivered in person across Oxfordshire — including Oxford, Witney, Carterton, Bicester, Abingdon and Woodstock — or live online. Team workshops start at £799 +VAT for up to 8 people.
How much does AI training cost?
A 1:1 Intro to AI session is £199 +VAT. Team workshops are £799 +VAT virtual or £899 +VAT in person for up to 8 people. The half-day AI Basics Deep Dive is £1,499 +VAT virtual or £1,599 +VAT in person. Bespoke corporate programmes are priced on application from £2,500.
Which AI tools do you teach?
We teach the leading AI assistants — Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT (OpenAI), Google Gemini, Perplexity and Microsoft Copilot — alongside practical tools for writing, images, data and automation such as Claude Cowork, Midjourney, Canva AI, Zapier and Make. For teams on Microsoft 365, Copilot adds AI to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams with enterprise-grade security. Tool choice is tailored to each client's work.
Do I need any technical experience to learn AI?
No. Every course is taught in plain English with zero jargon and no assumed knowledge. The Oxford AI School specialises in complete beginners, older adults and non-technical business teams, and most attendees are using AI to save real time within their very first session.
Do you offer in-person AI training or only online?
Both. We deliver in-person AI training at your premises across Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties, and live virtual sessions anywhere in the UK and worldwide.
How quickly will my team see results from AI training?
Most attendees build their first working AI workflow within 90 minutes. Trained teams typically save 10+ hours per person per week and ship up to three times more work without longer hours or extra hires.
How long does each AI training session take?
It depends on the format. A 1:1 Intro to AI session is 90 minutes. Half-day team sessions, including the AI Basics Deep Dive and Introduction to GEO, run for three hours. Is AI training worth it for a small business?
Judge it on time recovered rather than on the headline fee. A 1:1 session is £199 +VAT and a team workshop is £799 +VAT for up to 8 people, which is under £100 a head. Trained teams here typically save 10+ hours per person per week, so even a fraction of that pays the cost back inside the first month. The bigger risk for a small business is rarely the training fee — it is a team teaching itself from social media posts and pasting client data into tools nobody has checked.
Do you offer AI training outside Oxfordshire?

Can you help us write an AI policy for our business?
Yes — that is what the AI Policy Workshop is for. Across one day we audit the AI tools your team is already using, establish where the UK GDPR line sits for your data, and draft the rules with you. You leave with a written AI acceptable use policy rather than a list of things to follow up. Most teams find the audit alone surfaces tools already in daily use that nobody had formally approved.
