Do I need any technical knowledge? +
Absolutely not. We start from wherever you are — whether you've never heard of ChatGPT or you use it every day. Our job is to meet you where you are and move at your pace.
Are sessions online or in-person? +
Most programmes are delivered online via Zoom or Google Meet, which means we can work with you anywhere in the world. Business workshops and corporate programmes can also be delivered in-person in Oxford or at your location (travel costs may apply).
What AI tools do you teach? +
We cover all major accessible AI platforms including Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google), Claude Cowork, Nano Banana, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, and automation tools like Zapier and Make. We tailor the tool selection to your specific needs and goals.
Can I get a refund if it's not for me? +
Yes. If you complete a Discovery Session and feel it wasn't right for you, we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked. We're confident in what we offer, but we understand it has to be the right fit.
How do I know which programme is right for me? +
Book a free 20-minute intro call and we'll figure it out together. There's no commitment and no hard sell — just an honest conversation about what you're trying to achieve and the best way to get there.
Do you offer group discounts? +
The Business Workshop and Sprint are already priced per session (not per person), so they're excellent value for teams. For larger groups or multiple cohorts, get in touch and we'll put together a custom proposal.
